WHY WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
As a registered training organisation (RTO), we collect your personal information so we can process and manage your enrolment in a vocational education and training (VET) course with us. If you do not provide this information, we will be unable to process your enrolment.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use your personal information to enable us to deliver VET courses to you, and otherwise, as needed, to comply with our obligations as an RTO.

HOW WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We are required by law (under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (Cth) (NVETR Act)) to disclose the personal information we collect about you to the National VET Data Collection kept by the National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER). The NCVER is responsible for collecting, managing, analysing and communicating research and statistics about the Australian VET sector.
We are also authorised by law (under the NVETR Act) to disclose your personal information to the relevant state or territory training authority.

HOW THE NCVER AND OTHER BODIES HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The NCVER will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the NVETR Act. Your personal information may be used and disclosed by NCVER for purposes that include populating authenticated VET transcripts; administration of VET; facilitation of statistics and research relating to education, including surveys and data linkage; and understanding the VET market.
The NCVER is authorised to disclose information to the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR), Commonwealth authorities, State and Territory authorities (other than registered training organisations) that deal with matters relating to VET and VET regulators for the purposes of those bodies, including to enable:
• administration of VET, including program administration, regulation, monitoring and evaluation
• facilitation of statistics and research relating to education, including surveys and data linkage
• understanding how the VET market operates, for policy, workforce planning and consumer information.

The NCVER may also disclose personal information to persons engaged by NCVER to conduct research on NCVER’s behalf.

The NCVER does not intend to disclose your personal information to any overseas recipients.

SURVEYS
You may receive a student survey which may be run by a government department or an NCVER employee, agent, third-party contractor or another authorised agency. Please note you may opt out of the survey at the time of being contacted.

1. I acknowledge that I have accessed the pre-enrolment information pack to understand studying Australia Nationally Recognised Training courses at Spectrum College Education.
2. I declare that the information submitted with this application is true and complete. I further declare that any tertiary academic results submitted are a complete record of all results I have obtained from every tertiary institution I have attended.
3. I acknowledge that failure to disclose my academic record may result in Spectrum College Education Pty Ltd revoking an offer or terminating my studies at any stage.
4. I authorise Novus Education Pty Ltd to seek verification of my academic and professional qualifications, and work experience. I understand that Spectrum College Education Pty Ltd reserves the right to inform other tertiary institutions and regulatory agencies if any of the material supporting my application is found to be false.
5. I understand that at the time of enrolment I may be required to supply originals of all documents to support this application.
6. I acknowledge that Spectrum College Education Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to alter any course, subject, admission requirement or fee without prior notice.
7. I understand that the personal information I provided may be releases to government agencies as required by law; and it may be disclosed to third parties for the purpose of this application.
8. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the description of the courses(s) on training.gov.au and Spectrum College Education’s website and have read Spectrum College Education’s Student Handbook, Marketing Flyer(s) and Policies and Procedures.
9. I authorise Spectrum College Education Pty Ltd to access the Australian Immigration Visa Entitlements Verification Online (VEVO) system at any time to obtain information on my visa status.
10. I declare that I am a genuine temporary entrant and genuine student and that I have read and understood conditions relating to requirements outlined on https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/
11. I am aware of the tuition and living costs of my stay in Australia and have the financial capacity to meet such costs for the duration of my course. 12. I understand that if I have any school-aged children or dependants accompanying me to Australia, they must attend school and I will be required to pay a full fee if they are enrolled either in a government or nongovernment school.
